At Lucelly Consultancy, we believe that everyone has the potential to succeed in their chosen career path. Our NVQ's are designed to help you demonstrate your strengths and existing competence you need to achieve your goals and obtain a CSCS Card.
All of our NVQ's are evidence based which means no written work is required and instead you would demonstrate your knowledge with things such as providing documents you use day to day in your job, photographs, videos and a professional discussion.
With dedicated hands-on support from your NVQ assessor, you'll be well-prepared to complete your NVQ at your pace and enter the workforce with confidence.
We also offer qualifications which differ slightly to NVQ's, however the evidence is still work based. Your Assessor will meet with you regularly to guide you on what is required.

Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety- IOSH Accredited
This qualification is aimed at individuals who want to develop the advanced knowledge, skills and professional behaviours required to operate with autonomy and professional judgement in occupational Health and Safety roles within an organisation.
This qualification is applicable to any organisation or industry and has been accredited by IOSH. Candidates who successfully complete the qualification and
meet IOSH’s experience requirements should be eligible
to apply for Certified Membership and use the postnominal
letters CertIOSH. It also supports progression to
Chartered membership.
Candidates must be aged 18 or above and must be in a role, or have access to an organisational context, that enables them to generate valid evidence for the qualification.
Mandatory units include:
- Principles of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulatory Frameworks
- Promote a positive Health and Safety culture in your organisation
- Introduce and coordinate effective communication channels for Health and Safety information
- Monitor and maintain individual and organisational competence in Health and Safety matters
- Identify, evaluate and manage Health and Safety risks
- Design and introduce proactive monitoring systems for organisational Health and Safety
- Design and introduce reactive monitoring systems for organisational Health and Safety
- Design and maintain response systems and procedures for dealing with Health and Safety emergencies
- Review systems for organisational Health and Safety management
- Research, evaluate and maintain current Health and Safety best practice
There are also optional units for this qualification. One will be chosen specific to the individual and what they do in their role.

- Review and Update an Organisational Health and Safety Policy

Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Senior Site Inspection
This qualification is aimed at individuals who want to demonstrate their skills and knowledge of the technical and practical day to day aspects of site inspection and who may already be employed as a senior site inspector in the construction or the built environment and have at least 2 years of experience.
Mandatory units include:
- Monitor project quality
- Practise in a professional manner
- Manage interaction with others
- Set up and manage technical information systems
- Verify and maintain systems for managing site health, safety and welfare
- Manage project progress and handover
There are also optional units for this qualification. They will be chosen specific to the individual and what they do in their role.
- Implement agreed policies and programmes for undertaking maintenance works in construction
- Confirm and report on property condition in construction
- Monitor test processes in construction
- Manage and develop teams and individuals in construction
- Evaluate and progress the resolution of potential disputes in construction
- Monitor and solve customer service problems in construction
- Recruit and plan the workforce in construction
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Floorcovering Operations
Due to a review of the National Occupational Standards, the Skills and Knowledge requirements have been enhanced to reflect current practices, and to ensure that there is consistency in the content of the qualification and the competence outcomes of industry apprenticeships.
The changes to the Level 2 content ensures that competence is maintained and is fit for the modern workplace.
Following review 9 of the 11 units were re-levelled to a Level 3 and four to a Level 4, therefore the overall Level of the Floorcovering NVQ is now a Level 3.
The re-levelling of the Vocational Qualifications means that the Level 2 NVQ for Floorcovering no longer exists from the end of June 2026 due to it being withdrawn and replaced with the Level 3 NVQ for Floorcovering Operations.

CITB Grants caters for Level 2 to L6 NVQ’s, meaning if you are a CITB levy payer you can claim funding to count towards the cost of an NVQ. NVQs are still available to you, should you not be registered.
As an example, listed below are the qualifications that we offer, however other NVQ's may be available on request.
Level 7- Diploma in Construction Senior Management
This qualification is for those who might be Contracts Manager, Project Managers, Senior Site Managers, Head of or at Director level managing Construction projects.
Candidates who have completed and achieved the Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management can now apply for Charted Membership (MICOB), with Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), via the L7 shortened professional review route.
Level 6- Diploma in Construction Site Management (CSM)
This qualification is for for Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers or Senior Site Supervisors.
Level 6- Construction Contracting Operations Management (CCO)
This qualification is for those who have a hybrid role and may work on site occasionally. Such as QS, Buyers, Project Managers, Contract Managers and Design Managers etc.
Level 4- Diploma in Construction Site Supervision (CSS)
This qualification is for Site Supervisors, Assistant Site Managers or General Foreman who are overseeing site operations. It is also ideal for those who wish to complete this NVQ before moving onto the Level 6 CSM NVQ in the future.
Level 3- Construction Occupational Work Supervision (OWS)
This qualification is for working Supervisors, Gangers or General Foreman who are overseeing site operatives. It is also ideal for those who wish to complete this NVQ before moving onto the Level 4 CSS NVQ in the future.
Customer Service qualifications applicable to any industry
