At Lucelly Consultancy, we believe that everyone has the potential to succeed in their chosen career path. Our NVQ's are designed to help you demonstrate your strengths and existing competence you need to achieve your goals and obtain a CSCS Card.
All of our NVQ's are evidence based which means no written work is required and instead you would demonstrate your knowledge with things such as providing documents you use day to day in your job, photographs, videos and a professional discussion.
With dedicated hands-on support from your NVQ assessor, you'll be well-prepared to complete your NVQ at your pace and enter the workforce with confidence.
Customer Service NVQ's applicable to any industry
Level 2- Customer Service
Level 3- Diploma in Customer Service
Level 4 - Diploma in Customer Service
These NVQs could be suited to anyone that is in a Customer Service role, inside or outside of the Construction Industry. In the Construction Industry it could be for Sales representatives in House Builder organisations, call centre staff, Customer Care Services/Aftercare services.

Hybrid Roles

Paying for my Construction NVQ
CITB provides grants for Level 2 NVQ's, right through to Level 7.
Here are examples of these grants per candidate:
- Level 2- £600
- Level 3 & 4- Supervisory roles- £1250
- Level 6 & 7- Management roles- £1500
If your NVQ qualification costs more than the CITB grant, the remainder of the costs can be topped up from Skills and Training Fund, meaning you claim back the full cost of your qualification.
